2025-26 School Year Pricing
Standard Pre-Designed Courses
Day 1 price includes all set up and cleanup no matter how many days scheduled
Small Group Sessions
One Day
$450
35 students max each session
Up to 4 sessions per day preferable (5 sessions max per day)
One teacher must be present for Small Group Sessions
2nd Day + (if needed)
$60 for each additional session
Larger Group Sessions
One Day
$600
36-65 students max each session
Up to 4 sessions per day preferable (5 sessions max per day)
Two teachers must be present for Larger Group Sessions
2nd Day + (if needed)
$75 for each additional session

Pricing for In-School Field Trips and Events is customized for each group and scenario.
Several things affect pricing, such as customization of course content, number of sessions, number of days presenting, # of total students and # of students per session, and any current discounts or specials.
Please contact us to receive a complete estimate, or any special pricing considerations.
2025-26 School Year pricing above is for pre-designed standard courses.
Custom courses/events are available – contact us for pricing.
Payment:
When event schedules and dates are finalized and confirmed, a $100 non-refundable deposit locks in the date.
When the event is completed, the remaining balance is due.

Current Discounts Available:
5% discount if you schedule two separate field trips or events (such as Rocks/Minerals and Fossils) for the same school year (2025/26) if arranged in the same transaction.
